As part of the state accountability system for our schools, we are required to provide a survey in which our patrons have the opportunity to submit feedback in an anonymous fashion. The link provided below allows for patrons to give feedback to the school as a way to help the facility improve overall operations and to expand on best practices. Please take about 10 minutes to complete the survey when you have the opportunity. All submissions must be submitted prior to the 14th of May.
